We take that statement seriously and honor it across the board in our company. The full impact of the statement is understood only when one examines the key words in that deceptively simple sentence:
Integrity – uprightness of character or actions. Integrity clearly implies a person or business that exhibits trustworthiness and the willingness to be accountable and accept responsibility.
Respect – high or special regard.
Commitment – being obligated or bound to a person or course of action. Commitment is a component of integrity and obviously implies the willingness to follow through with an agreed upon course of action.
Teamwork – work done by several people, each doing a part but all working towards the efficiency of the whole (without individual prominence). Teamwork is exhibited when people come together to work toward the efficiency of the broader goals.
Accountability – to account for one’s actions and to accept responsibility.
When brothers Richard and Cecil Hallinan started Executive Plumbing, Heating & Air over 35 years ago, they were each known to be men of good character. Over the years they have consistently moved to build on that, particularly in the area of personal integrity at all levels of the company. They have also focused on guaranteeing a commitment to quality. Finally, they make efficiency a priority by fostering the concept of teamwork throughout the company. Today, it is those qualities that have turned Executive Plumbing, Heating & Air into one of the largest suppliers of quality plumbing, heating and air services in the West. At Executive, we’re at our best when you need us most. Since our founding over 35 years ago, we have made customer satisfaction our highest priority. Our own rigorous quality assurance standards mean we demand the best from ourselves.
